Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Teamleiter (m/w/d) für das Entwicklungsteam im Bereich Product Reliability. Dabei geht es speziell um die Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Modulkonzepte sowie neuer Prozesse und Materialien für die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Solarzelltechnologien in die Massenproduktion.

Ihre Rolle:  Sie treiben Innovationen auf dem Gebiet der Solarmodultechnologie voran

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• Führung des Teams Modulprozess- und Materialentwicklung und des Teams Modul-Prototypen-Bau
• Sicherstellung der Entwicklung von Modulkonzepten der nächsten Generation sowie von neuen Fertigungsstrategien für Solarmodule unter Beachtung der Markterfordernisse, Kostenaspekte und Kundenbedürfnisse
• Kommunikation neuer Konzepte an unsere Konzernzentrale und deren Einführung in die Massenfertigung im global agierenden Unternehmensverbund
• Verantwortung für die Spezifikation von neuen Prozessanlagen, Materialien sowie deren Qualifizierung und Einführung in der Fertigung
• Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern (Maschinen, Materialien)
• Verantwortung für den Betrieb der Solarmodul-Prototypenfertigung und deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung
• Vorbereitung von Investitionsentscheidungen
• Budgetplanung für Opex- und Capex-Ausgaben der Abteilung
• Definition der Abteilungsziele sowie Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung 
• Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsstandorten

Ihr Profil: Fachwissen trifft auf Leidenschaft

Wir suchen einen selbständigen und innovativen Leiter mit einem soliden Hintergrund in der Solarmodultechnologie.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften.
• Führungs- oder Projektleitungserfahrung
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in statistischer Datenanalyse und Versuchsplanung
• Industrieerfahrung in der Photovoltaik oder Halbleitertechnologie.
• Zielorientierte, systematische und analytische Herangehensweise an die Lösung von Problemen
• Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft

We are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Product Reliability development team. This is specifically about the development and implementation of new module concepts and new processes for the successful introduction of novel solar cell technologies into mass production

Your role: You will drive innovation in the field of tandem module technology

Your main tasks:    

• Leading the module process and material development team, including the module prototype construction team
• Ensuring the development of next-generation module concepts and new production strategies for solar modules, taking into account market requirements, cost aspects and customer needs
• Communicating new concepts to our Group headquarters and introducing them into mass production within the global group of companies
• Responsibility for the specification of new process systems, materials and their qualification and introduction in production
• Ensuring cooperation with external partners (machines, materials)
• Responsibility for the operation of solar module prototype production and its continuous improvement
• Preparation of investment decisions
• Budget planning for Opex and Capex expenditures of the department
• Definition of department targets as well as monitoring and ensuring target achievement 
• Collaboration with our international development and manufacturing sites

Your profile: expertise meets passion

We are looking for an independent and innovative leader with a solid background in solar module technology.

Your qualifications:

• University degree in engineering or natural sciences
• Management or project management experience
• Ideally experience in statistical data analysis and experimental design
• Industrial experience in photovoltaics or semiconductor technology
• Goal-oriented, systematic and analytical approach to solving problems
• Strong initiative, organizational skills and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and a confident command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel internationally
